HOW TO ORDER?

In the product page select the color item, and then press the “ADD TO CART” button. Your item will then be added to your cart and you will be directed to “Continue Shopping” or “Check Out.”

If you click Check Out, you will be brought to your cart and from your cart, you can:

  • Remove an item(s) from your cart.
  • Adjust quantities.
  • Apply promotional codes/coupons.
  • When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, go to Proceed to “Checkout”
  • If you are not logged into your account you will be redirected to do so. At this point if you do not have an account with us you will need to create one

HOW TO CHECKOUT?

Shipping- select your shipping address and method

Payment/Billing- you will see your total here, select your payment method (PayPal) who will direct you to their website

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on worldofjolie.com, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

HOW TO CHECK ORDER STATUS?

Log in to your account.

Under “Order History”, select View Past and Pending Orders.

From here, you can view order details, track your order(s), and provide us with feedback on our packaging

RETURN POLICY

We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. You may return your item(s) to our Returns Department, under the following conditions;

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days, for full refund

Merchandise must not have been used, altered, and/or damaged.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrives COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

RETURN PROCEDURE

Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes on the package.

Ship your package using a track-able and insured shipping method. JOLIE cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME

If your package arrives at JOLIE within the 30-day time line specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your original invoice. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund has been completed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction to your account and this something over which JOLIE has no control.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JOLIE BAG?

JOLIE products are crafted with quality leather. Each piece is enhanced by the grain’s natural beauty. Marks and color variations occur in the most premium hides. The light colored leather is sensitive to sunlight and heat and might fade. With proper care and use, your rolling handbag will last for a very long time.

The use of a gentle leather spray to protect the leather as well as gentle leather cleaner is recommended, as well as a professional cleaning from time to time.

JOLIE tries its best to ensure that you will be satisfied with every item you purchase. However, if there are any issues that do not meet your expectations please contact us. Simply return your unused purchase with the receipt and once we have received everything we will send you a prompt refund or replacement as per your request.
